Mysa is not a licensed doctor or gynecologist, and some things may require professional attention. This is purely a guide to allow you to understand your body better and know what changes to look out for and recommend you contact your doctor if something feels off. We are women who are using our adverse experiences and victories navigating menstruation to gather resources, create community, and spark conversations that can facilitate a better quality of life for all women.
This is our first trial pilot, so while we are striving to empower and create a wellness experience, we will of course need to iron the kinks on the way. If something in the boxes doesn’t resonate with you or is uncomfortable, or you have any suggestions please do let us know so we can work to resolve it.
This guide isn’t a quick fix to healing, we will never suggest you take any medication. It will be a gradual journey to help you find what works for you. Please feel free to ask any questions about ANYTHING. The resources, the box contents, or any material. We’re here to serve.
